Price & Duration
All prices are in EUR, including statutory sales tax and refer to the entire apartment. Maximum occupancy of 4 people (4 adults and max. one child in a travel cot). The general terms and conditions (GTCs) for tourist rentals of sermoreal Immobilien GmbH apply. The date is the respective accommodation date and the price is based on this date.
Additional costs
Plus the local tourism tax and final apartment cleaning. Other additional costs such as electricity, water or waste disposal are included in the overnight price.
Booking
40% of the overnight fee as a deposit 7 days after the booking offer is sent, the remaining amount 30 days before the start of the stay. CheckIn on the day of arrival
The apartment is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (check-in). On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. (check-out).
