We offer you a newly and modernly equipped flat in a central location.
Our 2021 newly built, stylishly furnished apartment "Eishöhle" impresses with its ideal location right in the center of Schladming and only 5 minutes' walk from the Planai Stadium (valley station) and the famous "Tenne". You can expect a perfect room layout and a charming Alpine flair with a wood look. On 53m² you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, an anteroom with "ice cave wallpaper" and a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.
As soon as you pray in the apartment, you will be greeted by a soothing smell of pine coming from the bedrooms, in which the solid pine beds are waiting for you for a perfect night's sleep.
The apartment also offers some additional amenities, such as a large 65" flat screen TV in the living room and two additional 50" TVs in the bedrooms, streaming services (Sky-X), a weather station, living room ventilation, microwave, stove with Oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, and much more.
There is a reserved underground parking space waiting for you including a charging socket for an electric car and an additional locker for your ski equipment in the ski cellar including a ski boot warmer wall.

Booking intervals
The following current promotions can be booked:
- Sunday to Thursday (4 nights for the price of 3 nights)
- Sunday to Sunday (7 nights for the price of 6 nights)
Prices & duration of stay
All prices are in EUR including VAT. The stated prices relate to the entire apartment. The maximum occupancy is four people (4 adults plus at max. one Child in a cot).

The date is the respective accommodation date and the price is based on this date
Additional costs
In addition to the accommodation costs, a city tax is levied from the age of 15 per person and night. It consists of a general fee and a special overnight fee. Other costs such as for electricity, water or garbage disposal are included in the room price.
Booking
40% of the overnight fee has to be transferred as a deposit 7 days after the booking offer has been submitted. The remaining amount is payable 30 days before the start of the stay.
For the reservation, we ask you to send us a booking request using the contact form below. You will then receive a booking offer (as a provisional reservation confirmation). After the deposit has been transferred electronically, we will send you the booking confirmation.
Check-In and Check-Out
The apartment is available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival (check-in). On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 11.00 a.m. (check-out).

The valley station of the Planai is not far from the apartment and swimming possibilities are also easy to reach: on the one hand there is the Schladming adventure pool, on the other hand, the bathing lake in nearby Pichl.
