You can expect a modernly equipped apartment in a central location in Zell am See.
You can park your car completely free of charge on the covered parking lot right next to the apartment. For those who arrive with several cars, we recommend the free of charge parking spaces near the train station or directly on the Brucker Bundesstraße. In the compartment next to the parking lot you can lock your skis for recreational enjoyment in winter or your bicycles for the summer holidays. You can then comfortably reach your accommodation providing a modern, stylish interior by using the elevator. The bathroom, a small laundry room and a storage room, as well as the three bedrooms, are located on the ground floor. Whereas one bedroom is completely separate, the other bedroom is connected to the children's room via a door. A short flight of stairs leads you up into the light-flooded living room with a well-equipped kitchen unit and a large flat screen with Sky X available.

Prices & duration of stay
All prices are in EUR including VAT. The stated prices relate to the entire apartment. The maximum occupancy is six people (4 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12 years).

The date is the respective accommodation date and the price is based on this date
Additional costs
In addition to the accommodation costs, a city tax is levied from the age of 15 per person and night. It consists of a general fee and a special overnight fee. Other costs such as for electricity, water or garbage disposal are included in the room price.
Booking
40% of the overnight fee has to be transferred as a deposit 7 days after the booking offer has been submitted. The remaining amount is payable 30 days before the start of the stay.
For the reservation, we ask you to send us a booking request using the contact form below. You will then receive a booking offer (as a provisional reservation confirmation). After the deposit has been transferred electronically, we will send you the booking confirmation.
Check-In and Check-Out
The apartment is available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival (check-in). On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 11.00 a.m. (check-out).
