Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are available for six people. The modern living room and dining area of the two-story penthouse is lined with a fireplace that quietly crackles on cold winter days, exuding cozy warmth and spreading an unforgettable flair. The spacious outdoor area of the penthouse also needs to be used. At any time, the roof terrace accompanied by a view of the surrounding mountain landscape and down to the roofs of the city. A perfect end to warm summer evenings as well as cold winter nights is pre-programmed. With the proximity to the Planai valley station and the city center, nothing stands in the way of multi-faceted excursions and exploring Schladming's cultural life and nightlife.
Note: Unfortunately, the whirlpool that is also available cannot be used by guests of the apartment due to officially imposed hygiene restrictions.

Prices & duration of stay
All prices are in EUR including VAT. The stated prices relate to the entire apartment. The maximum occupancy is four people (6 adults in double beds plus at max. one Child in a cot plus 2 adults on a sofa bed).

Additional costs
In addition to the accommodation costs, a city tax is levied from the age of 15 per person and night. It consists of a general fee and a special overnight fee. Other costs such as for electricity, water or garbage disposal are included in the room price.
Booking
40% of the overnight fee has to be transferred as a deposit 7 days after the booking offer has been submitted. The remaining amount is payable 30 days before the start of the stay.
For the reservation, we ask you to send us a booking request using the contact form below. You will then receive a booking offer (as a provisional reservation confirmation). After the deposit has been transferred electronically, we will send you the booking confirmation.
Check-In and Check-Out
The apartment is available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival (check-in). On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 11.00 a.m. (check-out).

The flat is very centrally located and therefore you can reach numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping facilities in just a few minutes on foot. The Talbach river is also not far away.
Together with family or friends, you will find a variety of activities in Schladming that will make every adventurer's heart beat faster, but will also satisfy those seeking relaxation. The valley station of the Planai is not far from the apartment and swimming possibilities are also easy to reach: on the one hand there is the Schladming adventure pool, on the other hand, the bathing lake in nearby Pichl. Furthermore, the area is ideal for skiing, hiking, and cycling. Nearby ski slopes, mountains as well as bike and climbing parks invite you to do so.
