Since we take comfort for granted, each of our apartments offers, without exception, high standards in terms of location, connection, equipment and design. In order to know exactly what to expect during your stay, in the following we will provide you with comprehensive information on booking.

The Welcome-Package
We warmly welcome you culinarily!
Come in and have a seat. For us, stress and vacation do not belong together at all, which is why we came up with something special for you.
When you check-in, you will receive a culinary reception from us, which is provided to you in the form of a goodie package waiting for you in the apartment.
Toast your vacation and have a small snack while checking the rich offerings of the regional restaurants.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm. onwards, check-out until 11:00 am. Appointments can be arranged individually, just get in touch with us.
- A parking space at the apartment for one car is included in the price. If you are traveling with multiple cars, we recommend to use the free of charge parking areas nearby.
- We culinarily welcome you in your apartment with a welcome package
Facilities
Our apartments are always top equipped, but differ in some details from each other. All our apartments’ guaranteed basic facilities are as follows:
- Cooking facilities
- Dishwasher with dishwashing detergent for one wash
- Dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils
- Coffee machine with a limited number of coffee capsules
- Cleaning utensils for the kitchen and living area
- A clothes horse
- Selection of games, if a game console is available
- Flat screen TVs
- Hair dryer, washing machine and dryer

Some of the services offered in our apartments are only available in specific regions. Please find the exact services directly on the website of the apartment you are interested in. In any case, the following services await you:
- Welcome package

- Free streaming services, namely Sky X and Netflix
- Fresh towels and beds covered with fresh linen when moving in
Family-friendly and smoke-free
- In some of our apartments, a cot is available. Please see the detailed description of apartment features if you want to check on it.
- Our apartments are all non-smoking.
- Outdoor smoking areas are available if a terrace is accessible.
- To be considerate of allergy sufferers, all our apartments are pet-free.
Prices, deposit and payment
Final cleaning
We carry out a professional final cleaning after each stay. The cleaning fee depends on the size of the respective apartment.
City tax
For the length of your stay a city tax per person and night (regarding guests older than 14) is due. Its amount depends on the respective local regulations.
Deposit
In order to be able to offer you generous and complete equipment in each of our apartments constantly, we collect a fixed deposit amount before the start of your stay. This serves to secure the interior and is used to fix any damages caused by guests. If the apartment is left in perfect condition, we will of course fully refund the deposit afterwards.
Payment
We ask you to pay for overnight accommodation including taxes by means of bank transfer. The deposit and handling of the deposit varies depending on the flat. After your official booking request we will send you a booking offer with all the relevant details about the reservation and booking process in advance via email.
